The Case for Private Club Fitness Seminar

Private club fitness is a young industry riddled with speed bumps as clubs scramble to understand the business and deliver an exceptional experience that savvy club members have come to expect. With the explosion of boutique fitness and virtual training clubs are having trouble competing for members’ attention. This seminar provides an overview of where private club fitness has been, where it is now, and where it needs to go in order to thrive.

Fitness Team Development Workshop

The boutique fitness industry is responsible for more than 65% of the growth in the fitness industry since 2010. Yet, more than 80% of them close their doors within the first year of being in business! Lack of vision and a weak strategic plan are to blame. This full day workshop provides the same tools that 1000 Hills Fitness uses to get their managed fitness centers to operate three times better than the average private club fitness center. Your club’s fitness director and all of your core staff are invited to attend. The one-day agenda includes:

  • How to merge service and sales at private clubs
  • Business plans for personal trainers
  • Metrics that matter
  • A functional strategic plan for the fitness department
