Overview
Developed with funding from The Club Foundation, BMI Food & Beverage Management provides you with an in-depth look at food and beverage operations from a management and control perspective.
Attendees will have the opportunity to visit River Oaks Country Club, Houston Country Club and St. Arnolds Brewery. A wine tasting and a beer and cheese tasting will also be included in the schedule.

Two of the local clubs that will be visited during the week include River Oaks Country Club and Houston Country Club.
Schedule
The week begins with a welcome reception on Sunday evening, at 5:30 p.m. A brief orientation of the week will be given at this reception. Class will begin on Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. On most days, class will run from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. with the exception of Tuesday and Thursday, when the class will be on local club tours. Class is expected to end on Friday at approximately 12:30 p.m.

Lodging for the BMI Food and Beverage Management program will be at The Hilton University of Houston. You can make your reservations by calling (832) 531-6300. Make sure that you mention you are with CMAA and that you will be attending the BMI Food and Beverage Management program to receive the reduced room rate.
Airport
The closest airport to the University of Houston is Hobby Airport. However, George Bush Intercontinental Airport is also an option.
