Janine M. Budzius, CCM, CCE

Janine M. Budzius, CCM (Certified Club Manager), CCE (Certified Chief Executive), Chief Operating Officer of Philadelphia Country Club in Gladwyne, PA, was re-elected to the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors at its 2022 World Conference and Club Business Expo, held in San Diego, CA. She was first elected in 2019  and was re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term.

Budzius has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Philadelphia Country Club since 2003. Prior to that appointment, she served as the Clubhouse Manager of Perry Park Country Club in Perry Park, CO, from 2001 to 2002, and the Assistant General Manager of Lakewood Country Club in Lakewood, CO, from 1997 to 2001.

Budzius first joined CMAA in 1998. She earned her CCM designation in 2002 and achieved her CCE designation in 2012. She has served on national committees including the Certification and Professional Development Committees, and the CMAA Fellows Task Force in 2018. Since her election in 2019, Budzius has served as the Chair of the Communications Committee, Co-Chair of the Chapter Relations Committee, and Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. In 2023, she will continue to co-chair the Professional Development Committee.

On the chapter level, Budzius has been active in the Philadelphia & Vicinity Chapter serving in multiple leadership roles. She currently serves as the President of the Philadelphia Club Foundation.

Budzius will work with the Board of Directors to collaborate with the membership, National Committees and Task Forces, Partners, and the National Headquarters team, to advance the club management profession and the greater industry.
