Michael D. Seabrook, CCM, CCE

Michael D. Seabrook, CCM (Certified Club Manager), CCE (Certified Chief Executive), was elected the Chairman of the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors at its 2023 World Conference and Club Business Expo, held in Orlando, FL. He was first elected to the Board of Directors in 2016. 

Seabrook has served as the General Manager/COO of Belle Meade Country Club since 2011. Prior to Belle Meade Country Club, he served as the General Manager at The Club at Mediterra in Naples, FL, from 2005 to 2011, The Estancia Club in Scottsdale, AZ, from 2003 to 2005 and Medalist Golf Club in Hobe Sound, FL, from 1997 to 2003. He also served as the Club Manager at Burning Tree Club in Bethesda, MD, from 1988 to 1997. 

Seabrook joined CMAA in 1991. He has served on many national committees including the Audit, Chapter/Member Services, Certification, Corporate Relations, and Professional Development Committees. Most recently, Seabrook served as the Chairman of the 2023 Conference Committee and the 2022 Budget & Finance and Strategic Planning Committees. In 2024, he will lead the Nominating and Bylaws and Policy Committees.  

As CMAA Immediate Past Chairman, Seabrook will work together with the membership, National Committees and Task Forces, Partners, and the National Headquarters team to advance the profession and the broader industry collaboratively.
