Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and Director of Restaurant Operations, the Service Captain is a seasonal position overseeing the professional and efficient management of front of house operations. This position ensures the highest quality of service and meets or exceeds the expectations of Club members. Performs all work in accordance with essential functions and responsibilities as described in the spirit of the Club’s mission and vision.

Responsible for overseeing the successful operation of dining rooms and food service to extended Clubhouse areas such as locker rooms, and terraces. Ensures quality of product and service with intent to provide the highest level of member and guest dining satisfaction.

Performs server duties and sets a great example for other staff. Will act as manager on duty as needed. Assists F&B management for training, scheduling, and strategic planning. Ensures staff is always professional in appearance and performance.

Candidate Qualifications

Candidate must be passionatte about hospitatliy and posses a true desire to provide exceptional member experiences in our club. Must be a true professional and willing to go the extra mile when the opportunity presents itself.
