The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/Supervisor is a leadership position responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operation of food & beverage venues within Orienta Beach Club

Candidate Qualifications

Excellent customer service skills
Strong leadership ability; leads by example through a hands-on approach
Ability to create and foster a positive teamwork environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be highly visible and maintain high level of member contact in all service areas
Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
Attends all educational meetings
Adhere to club standards, policies and guidelines according to “Employee Handbook”
Must have good judgment and decision-making ability
Follows all food & beverage health safety guidelines and alcohol service protocols
Ability to become ServSafe certified
Ability to become TIPS certified
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
Must be able to move about the dining room to service guests
Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
Occasional pushing and pulling of items up to 50 lbs.
