The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/Supervisor  is a leadership position responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operation of food & beverage venues within Orienta Beach Club

Candidate Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership ability; leads by example through a hands-on approach
  • Ability to create and foster a positive teamwork environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must be highly visible and maintain high level of member contact in all service areas
  • Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime
  • Attends all educational meetings
  • Adhere to club standards, policies and guidelines according to “Employee Handbook”
  • Must have good judgment and decision-making ability
  • Follows all food & beverage health safety guidelines and alcohol service protocols
  • Ability to become ServSafe certified
  • Ability to become TIPS certified
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to move about the dining room to service guests
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 lbs.
  • Occasional pushing and pulling of items up to 50 lbs.
