Southampton Bath and Tennis Club features a Main Dining Room which offers both fine and casual dining. The Main Dining Room is open for lunch/Brunch six days a week and open for dinner four nights a week. In addition, the Dune Terrace Snack Bar offers quick service dining seven days a week.

Southampton Bath and Tennis Club is a prestigious private club situated on the beach of the Atlantic Ocean in The Hamptons. Southampton Bath and Tennis Club offers it's members and their families a full range of social and recreational amenities. The club features elegant and casual dining facilities, six har-tru tennis courts, a heated outdoor pool, private access to the beach, and a summer kids camp.

In addition, Southampton Bath and Tennis Club hosts a variety of annual events such as its spectacular 4th of July BBQ, Beach Party, Wine Dinner, The Author's Luncheon, and many tennis social events.  


Club is open 7 days per week, 6 months per year.

Brief Job Description

Southampton Bath and Tennis Club is offering a seasonal position as the Dining Room Supervisor for the 2019 summer season. The person who takes this position will be responsible for overseeing the successfuloperation of the Dining Room and the wait staff. It is essential that quality service is ensured by providing the highest level of member and guest dining satisfaction. He or she will act as supervisor on duty as needed and will be able to direct and help the staff prior to, throughout and after service.The person who takes this position will also work to make special events a success, assist the management team with training, scheduling, ordering, member billing, and strategic planning.

Candidate Qualifications

All candidates should have a degree in hospitality/a related field or currently be pursuing one. The individual must
have a strong work ethic and be eager to learn. Leadership and communication skills are a must to succeed in this position. He/she needs to be a true professional and be willing to go the extra mile when the opportunity presents itself. Experience working in a restaurant is a plus.

May 2019-September 2019 (Seasonal Position)

A competitive hourly wage with guaranteed overtime/overtime pay and an end of season bonus. The person who takes on this position will also be able to enjoy free housing for the summer which includes, a bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, common area, on-site washer and dryer, as well as free Wi-Fi and utilities.

In addition, he or she will be provided with free staff meals, staff tennis on Thursdays at the club and the opportunity to participate in annual staff events.
