The Club is family friendly with an active seasonal membership that enjoys a casual atmophere in all areas of the Club. The Lake has become the hub of the family activities.
This position is in the food & beverage department. The intern will be exposed in the clubhouse outets and at the "Lake" snack bar. We are looking for someone who will be hands on in the daily floor operation with supervisory duties, interacting with the memberhip and taking orders when necessary.
The intern will included in all management aspects of the deprtment including POS setup, menu development, resrvations, room set up, scheduling, depatment meetings and purchassing.
We are looking for someone with some food and beverage experience as a server / barttender or that has been in a supervisory role before who is looking to expand their knowledge and work with an exciting management team that enjoys mentoring.
Looking for a student in a hospitality program
Overtime is avaiable
Housing will be provided, but the individual must have a car for traveling from the Club to the housing location
