Position Summary:  
Connestee Falls has recently renovated its 26,000 square foot clubhouse, which features a large main dining room with an excellent menu, a lounge with full bar and a sports grill.  The clubhouse also offers banquet facilities with a large hall and meeting rooms that are available for private events.  The Banquet Set-up Houseperson will be responsible for ensuring that the banquet room(s) is set up according to the members and/or guests expectations, specifications and up to the company's standards.  This position will set up, breakdown, and clean all space associated with banquets,special events and member club activities.  The Banquet Set-up Houseperson is also responsible for cleaning the restrooms within communal areas located in our community parks, pool area and golf course.  We are seeking fun, dependable, and high-energy individuals to join our team.  If you take pride in your job, enjoy working in a team environment, then we want to hear from you!  Watch a short video on our fabulous clubhouse dining and banquet facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sets up and breaks down furniture such as chairs, tables, dance floor and other furniture as needed for banquets and scheduled events.
• Cleans bathrooms in communal areas such as parks, pools, and golf course including disposal of trash.
• Restocks supplies in banquet facilities, meeting rooms and bathrooms as needed.
• Cleans and returns equipment and furniture to proper location.
• Follows instructions on Banquet Event and/or Meeting Room Order.
• Ensures that furniture and equipment is functioning property.
• Keeps track of event supplies, equipment and carefully store furnishings when not in use, promptly reporting repair and maintenance needs.
• Vacuums, dusts, sweeps, removes trash, replenishes supplies and performs quality checks.
• Makes minor repair work as needed, not including electrical work.
• Checks pool chemicals for acceptable ranges.  
• Follows proper driving, health and safety standards.   
• Complies with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wears company-approved uniform and maintains a professional, clean and well-kept attire.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Schedule:
Daytime shift: 6am - 2pm, 8am - 4pm, 10am - 6pm. Weekends are required.
