Position Summary:
Connestee Falls has the Brevard area's best mountain golf.  The championship George Cobb designed golf course offers exceptional play at 3,500 feet.  The course winds through the mountains with beautiful vistas along the way.  Seeing beautiful wildlife on our course is a daily occurrence.  Working outdoors in the cool mountain air is also a perk.  Our Beverage Cart position drives a motorized beverage cart and is responsible for the sale of beverages and snacks while on our golf course.  This position is also responsible for stocking the cart with supplies and breaking down the beverage cart towards the end of the shift.  Our Beverage Cart position is responsible for serving all food and beverage items to our members and guests in a professional, knowledgeable, respectful and courteous manner.  The ideal candidate must be able to understand and communicate food and beverage selections, have a team focused mentality and adhere to the company's standards of service.  A professional appearance and clean work environment is a must.  This position must also display a positive and friendly attitude.   We are seeking fun, dependable, and high-energy individuals to join our team as part-time Beverage Cart staff.  If you take pride in your job, enjoy working in a team environment, then we want to hear from you!  Watch a short video on our fabulous clubhouse dining and banquet facilities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Stocks the beverage cart with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks for sale on the golf course. 
• Sells alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and snacks including cold and hot food items.
• Responsible for manually recording sales and then ringing them up on POS system before end of shift.
• Balances cash drawer and member charges at end of shift.
• Fuels beverage cart as needed during shift.
• Cleans beverage cart as needed and disposes of garbage accordingly. 
• Ensures that warming and refrigeration equipment is in working order. 
• Reports any mechanical issues to supervisor immediately.
• Returns unused stock to its proper place at end of shift.
• Takes inventory of items sold and unused stock on a daily basis.
• Performs server and/or food runner duties during any slow times.
• Follows proper driving, health and safety standards.   
• Delivers exceptional service to members and guests.
• Complies with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Wears company-approved uniform and maintains a professional, clean and well-kept attire.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 months of related work experience. Previous beverage cart experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age due to driving requirement and sale of alcoholic beverages.
• Must possess a valid drivers license.
• Must possess good written and excellent oral communication skills to effectively communicate with members, guests and co-workers.
• Must be able to adhere to service standards, health and safety guidelines, and cleanliness requirements.
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40lbs.

Work Schedule:

• Daytime shift: 9am to 3pm or 10am to 4pm. Weekends are required.
