Brief Job Description

Charlotte Country Club's 2021 Club Management Rotational Internship provides hands-on experience through multiple departments to ensure experience in all aspects of the private club industry. Our program is customized to meet the individual needs and interests of our interns in order to best prepare them for a career in clubs.

Programming includes:

• Department Rotations

• Weekly Meetings (Banquet, Dining, Intern Specific)

• CMAA Education (Summer Conference and Education)

• Area Club Tours & Networking

• Leadership Development Education

• Daily Access to Club Leadership

Interns should expect to experience all aspects of club operations, front line roles through team leadership, and operations as indicated through their personal goals.

Candidate Qualifications

Exceptional communication skills
Detail-orientated, honest, respectful, dedicated, ethical, caring, positive, and enthusiastic
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end, professional environment
Good listener
Desire to make every member experience memorable
Prior club experience preferred

Educational Requirements

Enrolled in a 4-year Hospitality Program
