Myers Park Country Club is located in the heart of Charlotte, North Carolina and is one of the premier clubs in the city. The club has received the honors of being a premier Club both in America and abroad. Myers Park Country Club serves over 1180 families with the majority living less than two miles from the Club. The clubhouse is approximately 68,000 square feet and is currently undergoing a $27 million renovation project.

Myers Park Country Club is hiring for both seasonal rotational interns and a post-graduate manager-in-training role. The hospitality internship program is designed to expose students to all aspects of the private club industry including food & beverage, golf, grounds maintenance, accounting, fitness, tennis, and more. It provides practical work experience within the industry, face time with management, and involvement in local CMAA events. While the primary focus will be on food & beverage service, interns will be scheduled to rotate through each department.
The Manager in Training Program is available to college graduates looking for the training and guidance necessary to become a Food and Beverage Manager. Experience will include food and beverage service in both a la carte and banquet dining. MIT may experience rotations through various other departments including accounting, maintenance, human resources, golf, tennis, agronomy, etc. Through out the program, MIT will be gain exposure to various management tasks including scheduling, payroll, inventory, interviewing and hiring, purchasing, etc. Myers Park Country Club is in the midst of a $27 million construction project. Brand new member dining spaces are set to open in August 2022.

Educational Requirements
Must be currently enrolled in an accredited hospitality program. Manager-in-Training candidates should be a graduate of a hospitality program and actively interested in food & beverage management.
