Gozzer Ranch Golf and Lake Club is located outside of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. With being located right on Lake Coeur d'Alene, our club provides plenty of opportunities for the active and social membership involved. Located in an ideal summer setting, our Club provides a great amount of activities to ensure that the member experience is top of its class.

Brief Job Description

The Server position is a critical point for our overall function in Food and Beverage. As such, the position creates an experience for our Club in which directs an overall look, feel, and comfort that we strive to possess with each encounter. Servers also will be responsible in assisting the Club with special event needs, banquet functions, on top of day to day duties.

Ensure knowledge of food and drink menus are adequate for any type of inquiries
Maintain a clean and polished appearance throughout a daily service
Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures, daily side work, weekly side work
Provide the members and guests with prompt and professional service
Use proper introductory terms when addressing a table
Responsible for accurate and detailed billing information
Assist with co-workers in maintaining a clean, well-groomed working area
Ensure all necessary amenities and tools are in order and ready to be presented to the members and their guests

Candidate Qualifications

Prior work experience at a Private Club is encouraged
2 years of Food Service experience
