About the Club:

The Saucon Valley Country Club, founded in 1920, lies nestled in the Lehigh Valley one hour north of Philadelphia and slightly more than one hour west of New York City. 

Saucon Valley Country Club is a beautiful and unique club retreat spanning 850 acres, offering exceptional recreation and social experiences with an emphasis on golf.  Sixty holes of golf with three championship courses, a six-hole Short Course for use by juniors and novice golfers, ten indoor and outdoor dining venues, four swimming pools, an outstanding racquets and fitness facility, and a thirteen bedroom 18th Century Guest House, all ensure our members have a variety of year-round recreational options from which to choose.  In fact, LINKS Magazine named Saucon one of the top 100 most prestigious private clubs in the world.

Food and Beverage Supervior Internship 

Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking highly motivated students aspiring to become Club Leaders to take part in our Food & Beverage internship program. Supervisors will be responsible for overseeing service in their perspective dining venue. The supervisor will ensure club policy is followed by staff and membership and promote the total member experience.

Duties:

  • Performs as a daily shift supervisor
  • Monitors service and staff to ensure a total member experience
  • Take part in interviewing and hiring summer staff
  • Create weekly schedules
  • Assist in training team members
  • Ensure food is properly delivered to tables
  • Conduct bi-weekly book club meetings
  • Assist in the inventory process
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of Northstar and ForeTees

Food & Beverage Service Intern

Saucon Valley Country Club is seeking highly motivated students aspiring to become Club Leaders to take part in our Food & Beverage internship program. Interns will hold a primary focus on Food and Beverage service while completing self-directed rotations throughout other departments gaining experience and exposure to club operations.

Duties:
