Special Club Features

This internship is designed for motivated Hospitality students who are seeking private club experience in all aspects of food and beverage service. This program will offer rotations through hourly roles in all dining outlets. Interns will gain exposure to casual dining, fine dining, member functions, and banquets. Opportunities will also be present to attend local CMAA education and events.

This internship is based heavily in Food & Beverage as you will spend time in each one of our dining outlets. The Grille Room is known as “The Heart of the Club” and will be a primary space for growth and development when it comes to ala carte dining. In the Main Dining room you will have exposure to large member events (Lobster Nights) and private banquets (Weddings). This will allow you the opportunity to learn proper procedures for understanding BEO’s, set-up, execution, and breakdown.  On particular nights during the summer months, you will experience fine dining in the signature restaurant, Solstice. Steps of service are much more in depth when working in this space and wine knowledge is a must. Lastly, you will find yourself in a fast-casual environment at Revive, the health & wellness café. Here you will experience fast paced service in a fun, family friendly environment.
