Brief Job Description

Augusta National Golf Club is seeking a full-time Tournament Support Assistant to join our Club Operations team! This role will assist with the recruitment, staffing, onboarding, training and retention of Tournament employees as well as additional tournament operations needs.

Candidate Qualifications

Qualifications (required unless stated otherwise):

Skills/Knowledge/Attributes:

Ability to build effective relationships and possess a strong sense of team commitment
Ability to organize and execute mass hiring, deadline-driven program
Excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office programs, Smartsheet, and file management in Windows
Self-starter and works independently
Exceptional oral and written communications skills
Exceptional proofing skills, with attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Personable, conscientious, flexible, adaptable, creative, and innovative

Experience/Education:

Previous experience in a recruitment role is preferred
A hospitality or human resources related degree is preferred
High school doploma or equivalent
