Cancellation of full registration categories will be accepted until January 24, 2019, with no penalty. No refunds will be granted for requests received after February 22, 2019. All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by the individual whose name appears on the registration. To be valid, submit all requests to CMAA Registration at cmaa.org/cancelevent.aspx. CMAA reserves the right to assess a $50 penalty fee if requests are made to change to a lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for the following registration categories: Business Access or Faculty, at any time. CMAA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted; substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the Conference and on site. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.

Correlate your club’s needs with the available education using the Conference Brochure and session information available online and illustrate how session attendance best fits with your club’s current needs.
Prepare a plan that will show your club board/ownership/supervisor who will handle your club responsibilities while you are attending Conference.
Explain how you will share your experience. Propose to deliver a short presentation to your colleagues to share what you learned and offer possible applications and recommendations relevant to your club board/ownership/staff team.
