Pay Transparency Regulations

More than 20 percent of US workers are now impacted by pay transparency laws. While there is not currently a federal regulation in effect, many state and local laws require salary and benefit disclosure on job advertisements. Current requirements exist in CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, NV, NY, RI, and WA* as well as the cities of Ithaca, NY; New York City, NY; Westchester County, NY; Cincinnati, OH; Toledo, OH; and Washington, DC (beginning June 30, 2024), and pending legislation exists in many other localities. All clubs should confirm their disclosure requirements with their state office of labor/employment/industry.

In posting your job via ClubCareers, please confirm you are adhering to all local and state regulations regarding job advertisements.
