How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The children start off by choosing their very own Teddy from 4 different options & colors.

Next, they are off to the next station where they get some stuffing to stuff their Teddy Bear.

Once their Teddy Bear is stuffed it is time to go to the wish station where they choose a star & wish upon the star. The star is then placed in the Teddy Bear & closed up. The star represents the heart of the teddy bear.

Lastly, they get a certificate and with this the children now choose a name for their very special Teddy Bear.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We severed 318 Members with the total revenue being $14 757.86. More importantly everyone left with an ear-to-ear smile on their face.
