Safety Bucks System

Description

To promote safety while on the job for our maintenance staff, CCC implemented the “Safety Bucks System”. Any time one of the maintenance team is seen using safe practices (goggles, ladder safety) our Director of Maintenance awards a certain amount of Safety Bucks which can be used to purchase small tools for their personal tool belts. It helps keep safety in the forefront of our staffs minds.

Implementation

Staff has been very receptive of the idea as it helps the maintenance team develop a complete tool belt, which is costly and time consuming to do without assistance.
