How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

• Born out of a COVID need, we hired a company to take virtual scans of our Clubhouses. This created virtual tours for member and event host benefit by providing a platform for virtual member engagement.
• These virtual tours are available on our website and are game changers for out-of-town event hosts, those who think of a question “after hours," vendors who need to see a space before arriving, and so much more.
• It also provided a way for out of town members – or those just not willing to come in person temporarily – to stay connected to their club.
• It is a time saver for event hosts who cannot make a trip to the clubhouse but need to lay eyes on the event space.
• It is a time saver for us as planners so we can “walk someone through” the space without having to actually do so in a pinch.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

• We uploaded high-tech scans of our clubhouses to our website, so anyone can walk through the spaces and pivot their view as needed to truly be “virtually present” in their Club.
• Many have said this was a small spend for a major return on investment!
