Career Opportunities and Networking Showcase
Attend the Career Opportunities and Networking Showcase at the Club Business Expo (Thursday, February 19, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.) to connect with CMAA Student attendees and interact with the next generation of club industry leaders. No registration is required for student attendees, but tables can be pre-reserved to showcase your club’s opportunities.
Table reservations will open in January 2026.

Explore the innovation and energy of CMAA’s Student Chapters at this interactive Student Chapter Showcase (Friday, February 20, from 11:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m.)! Student and Faculty members will share their Chapter’s most impactful initiatives and experiences while creating opportunities to connect with alumni and club managers. Whether you’re an alumnus looking to reconnect or an industry professional eager to engage with rising talent, this is another World Conference opportunity to build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and support the next generation of club management leaders. No advance registration is required.
Conference Mentorship Program
Participate in the Conference Mentorship Program, matching seasoned professionals with newer managers and CMAA student members. To learn more about being a mentor, indicate your interest on your World Conference registration, and the CMAA National Headquarters Team will be in touch with further details.
Career Connections Lunch
Sign up for the Career Connections Lunch (formerly the Student/Mentor Lunch) on February 19, from 11:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m. This is your opportunity to share your insights, tips, and best practices in club management while making meaningful connections with the next generation of professionals, CMAA Student Members. Your experience and guidance can help shape their career journeys and inspire their path forward. Please Note: This is separate from the Conference Mentorship Program. Space is limited to the first 50 registrants and there is a minimal cost for lunch. Select and register for this lunch during the World Conference registration process!
Cultivate Your Own Conversation with Open Space
Designed to grow from the interests of participants, Open Space offers fertile ground for collaboration in a casual and inclusive setting. Plant the seed by proposing a topic, framing a discussion question, and inviting fellow professionals to join the dialogue. Secure a 30-minute slot to nurture fresh ideas and cultivate meaningful connections throughout the World Conference.

Entries are due by January 16, 2026. On site, browse aisles and aisles of inspiring, club-tested ideas and harvest your club’s next great offering.
