A block of rooms has been reserved for 2008 LLC attendees at the Ritz-Carlton, 1250 South Hayes Street, Pentagon City, VA. CMAA Travel is the Association’s business partner for meeting all of your travel needs. Please call (800) 832-5165 to make your travel arrangements for room reservations at the Ritz as well as for your transportation reservations.

Hotel Reservations must be received by August 15, 2008. Reservations will be accepted at the conferenc e rate after that date; however, they will be subject to availability. Each reservation must be accompanied by a credit card payment or one night’s deposit. Reservations can be guaranteed for arrival after 6:00 p.m. by credit card. All non-guaranteed reservations will be held until 6:00 p.m. only on the day of arrival. Please note that check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and checkout time is 12:00 noon. Remember to call WorldTek Travel at (800) 832-5165 to make your room reservations. Please do not call the hotel directly.
