Verified Internship Program Progress Report for Supervisors

During the tenure of the internship, the club supervisor(s) shall complete one evaluation report on each intern midway through the program, summarizing the interns progress in the various departments of the club. Also add in any education opportunities that were made available to the interns. Include any other interesting components of your program that you feel could benefit other clubs with intern programs.
