Entry Details

The Education Committee wanted to come up with an event which was more hands on and interactive.  Being a tourist in our own town, while learning about the specialty foods and market area, the Strip District.

Implementation

The Chapter Members were excited to go walking and exploring in and out of these specialty markets, learning about and sampling the ethnic foods. It was the first time we had done this type of hands-on-event, but won't be the last.
