Chapter Logo Chair Covers

To save seats at the general sessions and awards breakfast at CMAA World Conference, the chapter used chapter logo chair covers to mark our area and proudly display our chapter logo.  The members loved the covers and the managing directors from many chapters came over and admired the covers and asked about them.  The covers were well received by chapter members.

Implementation

Logo covers were placed on every other chair in the section the chapter generally sits during general sessions.  During the awards breakfast, managing directors were not supposed to put up chapter banners, so the chair covers were a big help to let our chapter members know where the chapter was seated and save the seats for our chapter members. And when the presentation started the chair covers still were showing our chapter logo, and if banners were up they would have been put away.   The managing directors were all coming around our reserved tables during the breakfast and touching the covers and asking questions.  The chair covers were a big hit with our chapter members who sent texts and photos of the table with the chair covers to their friends.
