Covering All Competency Areas

Entry Details

The Board and Education Chair selected education for meetings to cover parts of each of the three competency areas including Conceptual Skills, Administrative Skills and Technical Skills. This helps the younger managers that are trying to achieve certification and keeps more tenured managers engaged with various topics.

Implementation

It was implemented with careful planning of the education for the chapter and has been very well received with chapter members. It has also helped increase attendance for our meetings.
