Diversity, equity and inclusion have taken center stage in the workplace and is something our Chapter gave attention to for the first time his year. We hired a consulting firm to do a three part webinar series that built upon each other to introduce, understand and make actionable changes in ones personal and professional life with regard to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Implementation

After the creation of CMAA’s D&I Committee we wanted to create something for the membership and their teams to better understand this topic and come away with an understanding of their bias’s and resources to help them on their journey to understand this topic. This was a well-received series.  D&I will be a permanent part of our education programming.
