DEI Workshop

Entry Details

The DEI Workshop provided content and ideas for managers to take back to their clubs and put to use.  The was a new focus for the chapter and provided numerous new concepts for attendees.

Implementation

The DEI workshop was set up to take place in November which is generally one of our highest attended meetings.  The reaction from those who attended was great.  The speaker was very engaging which is always challenging when having a single speaker for a 6 hour education.  The attendees were able to interact and discuss the various topics.
