Not only did this workshop set an attendance record for our chapter, it was very well received for the impact it made to not only individual members, but to the club teams that joined us that were able to learn about each other and how to leverage the strengths that each one brings to the table. The workshop featured several engaging activities that brought our chapter together - such a fun day!

Implementation

Our local University of Nebraska College of Business has a CliftonStrengths institute on-site, where we were able to connect with a fantastic facilitator. Having members complete the assessment prior to the event had members hooked before even arriving to the event! The chapter utilized grant money to cover the cost of the online assessment for each attendee.
