Diversity and Inclusion in Clubs

The Virginias Chapter, CMAA Education committee made a firm commitment to offering a broad array of educational sessions throughout the year. this included a virtual panel discussion on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion with a set of strong panelists to start the conversation for the Virginias chapter managers. The session was held virtually to attract a larger group of participants and accommodate panelists from the northeast, south and midwest.

Implementation

The Education Committee implemented the session and thoughtfully selected panelists across the country. The membership was very receptive to the session and was thankful for the ideas and takeaways of how to approach diversity, equity and inclusion at their clubs.
