The Unreasonable Hospitality program offered a truly unique educational experience—equally valuable for both emerging and seasoned managers. It was a fully immersive, interactive day that provided exceptional learning opportunities for our chapter.

Implementation

The chapter’s education committee organized the event, capitalizing on the widespread interest in the Unreasonable Hospitality book. We were fortunate to bring in Lindsey Peckham and Billy Peele as featured speakers. The event sold out quickly and received outstanding feedback from attendees, who found the content highly engaging and relevant.
