Entry Details

This initiative has strengthened the New England Chapter by expanding awareness of club management beyond the Student Chapter faculty to the broader JWU faculty community. By engaging more faculty in conversations about the program, we’ve increased visibility of the industry among students, ultimately fostering greater interest and helping develop the next generation of club management professionals.

Implementation

The initiative, spearheaded by Matt Samel, PhD, and the Johnson & Wales University Student Chapter, was met with enthusiastic feedback. Students, faculty, and managers alike expressed that the experience was highly valuable, providing meaningful insights and strengthening connections within the club management community.
