Fierce & Fearless Female Leaders 2.0

F&FFL 2.0 presented positive perspectives for females in varied leadership roles. It shared how to embrace and show leadership not only in Clubs but across the hospitality spectrum.  Spring boarding from F&FFL 1.0 a year earlier, 2.0 featured an even broader spectrum of insights for the attendees.

Implementation

Well known female speaker and educator, Suzanne Peterson-Ph.D. presented a keynote address, "Making the TIME To LEAD" followed by an interactive panel discussion that included CMAA members and female leaders from the hospitality industry. The event was attended by over 145 individuals from our Chapter, CMAA National HQ and other CMAA Chapters across the country.  F&FFL 2.0 included a virtual option to cast a wider net of interested and engaged individuals in 2023.
