Virginia Clubs Joint Focus on AI & Connectivity Education -Human and Otherwise

For the 5th year, the Virginias Chapter has committed to holding a Two Day Educational Conference for its members. This year included a joint session with managers from Northern Va and Maryland. The consensus on the topic of AI was important to all, but also the emphasis on connective and interpersonal skills. The two day experience is great for those unable to travel to National conferences, but able to plan to attend locally. It serves as a way to bring managers together and develop professionally through quality education.

Implementation

In the Spring, the Virginias Chapter hosted a Two Day Conference  for all managers and clubs in the Mid-Atlantic to come together and receive high quality education focused on AI and human connection. With over 100 in attendance, two full days of education and a social component,  managers received many educational takeaways.
