This program was designed to enrich our chapter by providing managers with an in-depth opportunity to explore wines paired with thoughtfully curated dishes, while gaining a deeper understanding of the characteristics that define each varietal and the unique qualities that make each wine special.
Implementation
Food & Wine 101, presented by Master Sommelier Larry O’Brien, featured a five-course dinner paired with Jackson Family Wines. This sold-out program drew the chapter’s largest educational attendance to date and provided an exceptional opportunity to expand members’ wine knowledge. The evening’s menu included expertly paired dishes such as Sea Bass with Red Thai Curry, Char Sui Duck, and Charcoal Roasted Striploin, each designed to highlight the depth and versatility of the featured wines.
