Implementation

The Road Rally began in 2023 as a collaborative effort between our Education Committee, local host clubs, and the Philadelphia Club Foundation. By securing transportation and scheduling tours and education sessions, we created a turnkey, no-cost experience for participants. The response has been overwhelmingly positive: interns and employees describe it as both fun and inspiring, while chapter members value the opportunity to showcase their clubs and connect with the next generation of professionals. Its continued growth — now extending to year-round employees as well — reflects its broad appeal and impact.
