This annual gathering brings together general managers, senior staff, and elected leaders from clubs across Oregon to strengthen collaboration and shared learning. The event fosters educational exchange, strategic dialogue, and peer connection around issues that matter to every club. Eric Gregory, CCM — West Coast Director and Capital Planning Specialist with Club Benchmarking — delivered a data driven presentation on Capital Planning Best Practices.  Participating clubs  also received a customized Capital Report Card, including key capital and balance sheet KPIs that benchmarked their club’s performance against industry standards.  Eric also moderated a panel featuring club members and managers whose clubs were actively engaged in, or recently completed, major capital projects

Implementation

Invitations were emailed to GM's, with a copy that could be forwarded to their elected leaders. Great attendance, much appreciation expressed for the report cards and the lively interaction with panelists who were very candid in sharing details about capital projects including member assessment agony to project delays and cost overruns.  Chapter Members are proud to provide this forum for their elected leaders.
