The Masters Roundtable was an exclusive in-person workshop designed to provide club management professionals with deep insights on leadership, industry trends, and navigating change. This event brought together seasoned industry leaders known as “masters” who shared their experiences, lessons learned, and best practices across critical topics such as transition planning, strategic staffing, and building successful teams. Implementation
The Masters Roundtable was held as a day-long, in-person workshop hosted at Skokie Country Club, moderated by renowned industry consultant Ted Gillary. The program featured distinguished leaders including John Guy, CCM, CCE, Judy Higgins, CCM, CCE and John Spidalette, each sharing personal career insights and actionable advice. The agenda combined focused learning with networking opportunities, including a chapter business meeting, breakfast, lunch, and a concluding happy hour with a club tour. Participants appreciated the intimate setting and candid conversations, expressing that the opportunity to learn directly from highly experienced professionals was invaluable. Feedback emphasized how the event helped members better navigate change, develop effective strategies, and build meaningful connections across the industry, making it a standout program for leadership development.
