The private LinkedIn group gives current members one convenient place to find upcoming events, scholarship opportunities, member news, etc.  It helps us communicate directly with members on a platform many are already using daily.

Implementation

Through its public LinkedIn page, we created a private, unlisted group exclusively for current members. While the public page preserves highlights from past activities, the private group shares upcoming opportunities and member-only information. The response has been positive, with 75 members joining so far and participation continuing to grow.
