Entry Details
This year allowed us to refocus on our communications. Our Chapter Board decided to take a more community heartfelt approach in sharing what our clubs are doing during the pandemic. We made a strong effort to engage and showcase our managers and clubs in a very real and tough time.
Implementation
The Chapter produced a new newsletter publication that is heartfelt and full of the good and stories of our clubs and mangers during the pandemic.
