For our April Education we wanted to change it up a little and partnered with Shamrock Foods, a Gold Partner for the Chapter and one of the largest independently owned food suppliers in the country. Shamrock generously hosted and provided an incredible day of education including topics on inflationary pressures, food trends, Talent Management and an unforgettable tour of their multi million sq ft facility which included their Warehouse, Meat Co. & Fish Market. On top of that their chefs prepared a world class three course lunch. Not only was the education and tour a HIT, but it was completely free for the chapter and our members. We plan to work with other partners and vendors for more incredible education once a year!

Implementation

I work directly with the Partner to ensure that they felt value while at the same time ensuring that our attendees received world class education.  I've received great feedback. Some of our Members said it was the first time they've got to see behind the scenes of such amazing operation and it was fascinating to have education there. I feel like we all bonded even more since it was out of the regular club environment.
