The Florida Chapter believes in communicating in a powerful and impactful way using differing graphics and tag lines to gather the member's recognition and attention. Alerts, ICYMI and Podcase remind and reinforce these principles. 

As the quote above points out - By including members in on communications regarding opportunities they might have missed reinforces our culture and traditions and the unification of our community.   Our members have become accustomed to not being totally left out when they can't participate, even if it is by watching the video or listening to the podcast in their free time.  Our resource library has over 100+ sessions, videos, and podcasts at the members' fingers 24/7/365.
