The Speaker Interest Form gives the Chapter one organized place to collect and review speaker information. It saves the Managing Director time, keeps opportunities from getting lost, and makes it easier for the Education Committee to find speakers by topic, competency area, experience, and cost.

Implementation

The Managing Director created a Google Form and directs all prospective speakers to complete it if they would like to be considered for a Chapter event. The Managing Director and Education Chairs can access submissions whenever they are planning programs or need a speaker on a specific topic. The form keeps potential speakers centrally located, organized, and easy to review with all the information needed for committee discussions.
