Entry Details

Chapters often face the challenge of serving a membership with diverse interests and expertise. The three-day summit addressed this by giving members the ability to choose the sessions most meaningful to them, alongside a private General Manager session. The format was so successful that we will continue using this approach for all future summits.

Implementation

We wanted to ensure that every attendee could engage in experiences most relevant to their interests and expertise. This approach created a highly engaging environment for all participants. It became the most attended Summit in the Chapter’s history.
