This idea was designed to create stronger, more consistent connections with our members while expanding the ways we deliver value. By launching monthly newsletters, virtual meet-ups, a regional roundtable toolkit, and an intentional social media strategy, we’ve built a comprehensive communication platform that keeps members engaged, informed, and connected no matter where they are in our large chapter.
Implementation
We rolled this idea out in stages to maximize impact. It began with Monthly Member Meet-Ups, giving members a space to connect and share insights. Next came the Monthly Newsletter, syncing key updates and resources, followed by a coordinated social media campaign across multiple platforms to amplify our message and reach. The reaction has been outstanding. Members appreciate the variety of touchpoints and the ability to engage on their own terms, whether live, in writing, or through social platforms. The result has been stronger connections across our geographically vast chapter, measurable engagement growth, and a renewed sense of community that keeps members informed and connected year-round.
