Entry Details
The women in club management events have created a sense of engagement and strengthened the bonds of our female peers. This community feels connected and in touch with each other due to this event programming.
Implementation
Initially starting with one luncheon a year and have now grown to hosting four annually, this is in addition to yearly education dates. Members now feel more inclusive in attending multiple networking events.
