There are currently more than 72 clubs participating in the Verified Internship Program (VIP)! Started in 2023, the VIP gives clubs an opportunity to introduce the world of club management to hospitality students. Internships also bring real value to our industry. Programs like the VIP help strengthen the talent pipeline, ensuring a vibrant future for club leadership. And along the way, interns often bring fresh ideas and perspectives—creating a mutually enriching learning experience for everyone involved.
