How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

One of the most meaningful aspects of life at a private club is the lasting relationships formed between Members and staff. In honor of HRC’s 60th anniversary, the Club launched the Employee Scholarship Fund, which was brought to life through the 60th Anniversary Brick Project. In just three months, our Members fully funded the program at $117,000, turning gratitude into opportunity and making a lasting investment in the future of our dedicated team and their families.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Members were offered the opportunity to purchase a commemorative brick featuring a special message or displaying their family name, with all proceeds benefiting the Employee Scholarship Fund. These bricks will be laid on a central path at the Club, serving as a reminder of the powerful connection between our Members and staff. Members proved how much they care about their Club and its staff with overwhelming support in creating this fund to provide opportunities for educational and career growth.
