How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Grill team developed a way for staff members to easily voice their ideas, suggest improvements, and strategize menu changes. The idea box works well with the different schedules of the culinary and front of house staff, creating a sure-fire and centralized location for suggestions to ensure everyone’s voice is heard.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The staff created a monthly meeting called “Quality Circle” that allows one team member from each position in the restaurant to voice their thoughts on how to improve daily operations. The staff goes through the submitted suggestions and openly discusses them. The meetings hold the management team accountable for addressing staff input. As a result, team morale has been boosted and team members have felt more empowered!
